Simply put, what's the forums rules on advertising? Being more specific, can I link to products I wrote that are coming out? Does it matter if those products are free or cost money?

Don't wanna go breaking any rules my first day here. I usually try to wait until at least the third day before I go breaking rules.

As a general rule, I see nothing wrong with advertising here, so long the Freeforums Terms of Service is abided by (no pornographic/racial/illegal material), and as long as it goes in the proper board.

I apologize for the rules not being in plain view, or in view at all; there was a CoC thread here, but it got obliterated at one point during a certain Brig purge.... I'm gonna have to rewrite it when I get time.

No sweat - I don't mind checking. And unless freeforums has some bizarre rule against roleplaying game material, there's no problem there.

Basically. Although I still wanna write out an "official" version sometime soon.

I don't wanna be like Gleemax where the rules are ambiguous.
