I'll go with 9/10. Having all of Black Sabbath's stuff puts it at an 8 right away, and having Deep Purple, Iommi, and Screaming for Vengeance brings it up to a 9. If you like the Metallica albums, check out ...And Justice For all, Ride the Lightning, and Master of Puppets, in that order.

My collection is basically the same as before, but I've gotten some Sodom, Destruction, At The Gates, Dark Tranquility, Soilwork, Kalmah, and a ton of Kreator since then.
