Well if you like vodka, (so do I), don't waste your money on that bloody awful Smirnoff!

I bought it just once and it's raw and unrefined like jet fuel. Buy Absolut vodka. It's far superior.

I have had smirnoff and I didn't mind it. If you really want to try some shitty vodka try Polar Ice Vodka.

Well trust me, you didn't mind it only because you haven't tasted better. I was talking to a coworker, and we were chatting about cheap blended whiskies like Johnnie Walker Red label and good quality single malt whiskies. He then casually said that once you've tasted the single malt whiskies, you can never go back to cheap blended whiskies.

If you like vodka you've got to try Absolut. It's much smoother and refined and doesn't have that raw, cheap alcohol burn like Smirnoff.

I swear that this discussion should be in my whisky thread, but as it's here already.......let sleeping dogs lie I say.

I don't have a taste for vodka. My method of drinking vodka was to get drunk enough on softer drinks to the point where I could no longer taste the vodka and then drink to my heart's content...
Needless to say, that left me in a situation where in the morning people would tell me stuff like I drunk all the party host's vodka and ate a 5000-piece puzzle as a chaser
